What Kind of Shipping and Delivery Does Naturade Use?

How Can I Review and Change My Order?
Most in-stock orders are shipped within one business day of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays. If you wish to change an existing order you would need to do so the day the order is submitted by [calling Naturade directly at (800) 367-2880]. Please make sure to have your Order # ready. If you wish to change an order after the day of the order, such changes will not be able to be made since the product will already be outbound for delivery.

Does Naturade Take International Orders?
We are unable to ship to international locations at this time.

How Can I Track My Order / Shipment?
Please log into "My Account" and choose the "Track my Order" option.

Can I Return My Purchase for a Refund?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you purchased our product at a retail store or retail website, please return to place of purchase for a refund. Individual store return policy will apply. If you purchased products from our website (www.naturade.com), we will gladly accept returns of unopened, undamaged product within 30 days of receipt. Please send any such returns along with a printout of your receipt, to the following address:

We will refund the purchase amount including taxes, minus shipping, and credit the method you paid. If your product arrives damaged en route please call the customer service line at 1-800-367-2880 immediately so we can work out a solution and re-ship you the product.
