So, consider whipping up a banana-orange high protein breakfast shake. Pour all of the ingredients into a hand blender and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve with a slice of orange. If you have some extra time and a blender handy, turn the shake into a smoothie with six to eight ice cubes. You can even blend in some oatmeal for a serving of excellent heart-healthy grains, or some spinach for a kick of iron and other antioxidants.
