We know you’re busy with work or school so here is a whole day’s worth of recipes that are full of super foods. From pomegranates and kiwi to squash and pumpkins, here are healthy options packed with nutrients that you can make all at once or throughout the week!

Breakfast: Tropical Grapefruit Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit, peeled
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple
- 2 peeled kiwis
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 ounces coconut water
- 1 scoop Naturade NRG Vanilla
Preparation:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
Lunch: Pomegranate, Avocado, Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 avocados
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 pomegranate, peeled with seeds separated
Preparation:
- Bring water and quinoa to a boil, then cover and bring heat down to medium-high, until no water is left, about 12-15 minutes
- Spread quinoa on baking pan, allow to cool and dry
- Place quinoa in large bowl with chopped avocados and pomegranates
- Gently mix lemon and cilantro, adding salt and pepper to taste
Dinner: Spicy Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 sugar pumpkin
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 quarts vegetable broth
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, separated
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Combine garlic, pepper, coriander, oregano and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and grind together
- Wash and cut pumpkin into 2 inch pieces, scraping out seeds
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into sixths
- Place the pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and mixture of spices in baking dish, let cook for 35 minutes
- Cook onion and 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the stove, until translucent
- Chop potatoes and pumpkin into smaller chunks and puree with 1/2 quart of vegetable broth until desired texture
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat together until serving
