Here are some easy and fun recreational activities that tone muscles, strengthen immune health and don’t require a membership.
Tennis
Harvard University professor Dr. Ralph Paffenbarger once conducted a study that analyzed more than 10,000 people over a span of 20 years who played tennis three hours a week. His primary finding from his research was that just three hours of tennis per week will cut your risk of death, from any cause, in half. Sounds like a small price to pay for doubling your chances of life longevity.
