Breakfast, the most important meal of the day just got tastier! Our VeganSmart Team Leader Brandi Austin is sharing one of her favorite breakfast recipes. Not only will these VeganSmart pancakes satisfy your taste buds, but they will also keep you on your healthy lifestyle track!

1 1/4 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free pancake mix
1/4 cup of VeganSmart Chai
1 cup of almond milk
2 flax eggs ( 1 flax egg is made with 2 tbsp water and 1 tbs flax)
2 tbsp of Coconut oil
1/4 cup of walnuts
Preheat a skillet to medium high heat. Combine flax eggs, almond milk, oil & banana. Add VeganSmart Chai and pancake mix, blend together until smooth. Drop about a 1/4 cup of mixture on the hot skillet and sprinkle with walnuts. Once the bubbles pop, flip and cook 2-3 more minutes.
