- Bananas are a nutrient dense source of carbohydrates that supply energy. They are an especially rich source of potassium, magnesium and Vitamin B6.
- Nut butters are a great source of antioxidants.
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams
- 2 Scoops Pea Protein
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ginger
- Chia Seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
