Jacque needed her energy for a volleyball game, so she made her go-to Chocolate Monkey Protein Shake.

All of the ingredients Jacque uses have an abundance of vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats to keep her full and energized for hours. Here’s why:

  • Bananas are a nutrient dense source of carbohydrates that supply energy. They are an especially rich source of potassium, magnesium and Vitamin B6.
  • Nut butters are a great source of antioxidants.


  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams
  • 2 Scoops Pea Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • Chia Seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
