VeganSmart Team member Liz Arch‘s recipe
This thick and creamy vegan pumpkin pie smoothie is the perfect treat for Fall! Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A and carotenoids, including beta-carotene and is also a good source of fiber.
In a blender combine the following:
- 12 oz almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop Chai flavored VeganSmart All-In-One Nutritional Shake powder
- Handful of ice cubes

This is awesome! I’ve been eyeing Vegan for awhile and just bought it yesterday. I’ve been severely and chronicly sick for almost two years half due to a bad apt I live in and fybromyalgia and other health issues. Eating is a problem except for shakes. I use to be a raw fruits and veggie girl, but can’t get one on my tongue now. It sucks! I want to gag, but my tummy, body and brain want them so bad. So I needed something packed with those plus the protein and mending properties to heal. I saw this and had my first shake. Great flavor. And now that I know who is involved in all of this, vegan smart might become my regimen to getting me healthy again. You guys are my peeps!! I love you!! What a great thing!!!
