The perfect breakfast for Fall!
Easily transform pumpkin puree into a tasty, thick and creamy pumpkin spice smoothie unlike any other. Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A and carotenoids, including beta-carotene and is also a good source of fiber.
In a blender combine the following:
- 12 oz almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop Vanilla VeganSmart, available at Sam’s Club for only $23.48
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, more or less to taste
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- Handful of ice cubes
