Lighter,healthier,but just as tasty. Our SuperFan Kristy created this peanut butter chocolate chip blondie recipe guilt and gluten free. Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free flour
  • 6 scoops VeganSmart Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions: Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes in an 8×9 in pan.
