Kristy Clements lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband and two German shepherds. Kristy is very active and has a passion for fitness and health. Last year, she decided to compete in her first figure show and successfully places first in both shows.
After winning these both shows, she started to experiment with protein powders to create recipes that not only look satisfying, but also taste great.
