Ingredients…
1 1/4 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup VeganSmart Vanilla
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tsp. xanthan gum
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
2/3 tbsp of dried rose
5 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tsp. vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Sift through all of the powder ingredients.
- Toss in the loose buds.
- Whip together vanilla paste, coconut cream, almond milk, coconut oil.
- Mix this with the dry ingredients to make a dough.
- Chill dough for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Your scones are now ready to be served at brunch or taken on the go on your way to work. They are the perfect treat to relax you for a busy day ahead.
